What does the software or service do well? LogMeIn Pro allows me to help clients remotely across different kind of operating systems, which is very valuable. I was able to help a client who was installing new software on their PC. Being able to troubleshoot in real time is really a lifesaver.
What does the software or service not do well? The person I was helping has little to no experience using a PC so trying to get them through the installation process blindly wasn't the easiest. I also feel like updates and fixes should be a little more frequently.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? I was not aware that it knocks the other person off the session if another logs in. That was frustrating at first.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? I use TeamViewer for smaller things. If I'm trying to collaborate with one of our techs on a client's PC I will use LogMeIn.
