What does the software or service do well?
I love Acuity. It’s a really intuitive interface that helps me to organize all of my clients and meetings. Most of all, I like the in-take forms which have actually prompted me to ask my clients more questions before we start the coaching. Auto-reminders are really helpful too because I can remind myself and clients about our appointments beforehand. It makes my whole service feel more fluid and professional. Decent pricing too.
What does the software or service not do well?
Maybe the design options could be better, but they offer really good integration options, so that's not really their bad.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
Nothing. It's so intuitive. The learning curve is small, plus their free option is a great way to get started.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
This is the first I've used.
