What does JustCall do well?
Basic calling and text messaging from laptop. Decent analytics for reporting and productivity tracking. Support has been pretty good and the JustCall team is quick to reply. Pretty darn good integration to HubSpot.
What does JustCall not do well?
Mobile app has much to be desired. Missed calls are a big problem. Desktop app can be flaky as well. Call quality is inconsistent despite upgrades to our hardware and internet service.
What do you wish you had known about JustCall before using?
I wish I knew that the mobile app was inconsistent. When my sales/support team are hardwired and using the app on their computers things are pretty good. But working remotely from the mobile is painful.
Have you used a competitor to JustCall? If so, how does it compare?
Yes. I've used ones that have better and few that have been worse. Integrations, call quality, mobile app, and reporting are the big needs for any cloud solution.
