What does Nextiva do well?
Nextiva is a cloud-based VoIP service that allows you to deliver faster service and interact with your customers in real time. It has an amazing HD chat quality. It is quite easy to use and it allows you to add manage multiple users from different countries and states at the same time, and you can even add a cordless phones as secondary phone sharing site.
What does Nextiva not do well?
Nective lacks integration with older systems. Initial implementation seems more complicated than it has to be and it takes a lot of effort and time to train your staff to get used to the system. Build Call Flow doesn't work properly for some reason, it should be a toll to show potential customers how easy is to configure their call flow, where even customer support can't help you to get it working.
What do you wish you had known about Nextiva before using?
Nextiva in overall has a great quality service and once you get it up and running, it is a valuable service every business can appreciate. However, there is a big learning curve in the initial set-up phase where you have to spend a lot of time training your staff to get used to working with it.
