What does Tipalti do well?
Customer support is fantastic. They are very quick to respond and in general are very helpful. Pricing is very reasonable.
What does Tipalti not do well?
Tipalti's interface is not super user friendly. You need to pull different reports and combine them to analyze your data. For example the look for payment approver does not show the description of the bills being paid. In the invoice processing window, if your GL account name is long it will get cut off, which means it takes longer to process and approve an invoice.
What do you wish you had known about Tipalti before using?
Like I said above the reporting tool and user interface could use a lot improvement.
