What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? The company has a NO REFUND policy nor offers free trails. The sales rep made the demo look so easy and promised it's a software that will solve all our issues. We soon realize there's charges to all app features such as reminders, rebook email and POS (online payment). They work with a third party company that not only charges a monthly fee for the POS but also takes a percentage of the sales each time. On top of that, all aspects of the system itself is counter-intuitive. If you are used to Apple and Google, this is not the product for you. It will take you lengthy staff training time and will not minimize the labour as you expect you might with an online scheduling system. If you already have an online gateway you use, shop for a scheduling app that's compatible with it. Like Yocale works with Strpe and has partnered up with Google. That works well for us.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? Yes, we've been shopping around and most apps don't charge for basic feature such as email/text reminders, rebook email or marketing emails and doesn't charge a monthly fee for POS feature.
