What does the software or service do well? I have researched various CRMs over the course of the passed two years. Of all the CRMs available to real estate agents, CINC is the best. CINC provides viable leads that can/are converted into sales. CINC is very easier friendly and their customer service is always available to help. CINC offers a variety of tools to help ensure that real estate agents are reaching their leads in a very productive manner.
What does the software or service not do well? The only thing that I think that CINC does not do well in is developing an easy to use template for drip campaigns. It is definitely more difficult to prepare a drip campaign than with other CRMs. With that being said, the templates available are very well written.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? When determining which CRM to use, CINC definitely gives more positive leads than others. I think that cost is always a factor when determining which CRM to use and this one is definitely costly. I would advise a brokerage to purchase the CRM and split the leads amongst its team rather than one individual utilizing the system on their own.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? I've "sampled" various competitors and this one is above all the others. The other CRMs gave leads that were for a lack of a better term useless but with CINCs advertisements and ability to filter leads it gave ones that you can actually convert into a sell.
