What does the software or service do well?
not so much other than being a very good sales organization. during the sales process they seemed to be everything they promised and so much more.
What does the software or service not do well?
it is NOT intuitive in any fashion. they provide zilch for onboarding and their service team is horrendous. they put you off over and over and over. because of lack of onboarding assistance, we paid for a whole month of their service that wasn't working.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
i sure wish that we had agreed SLA's in place for time to launch the account, receive feedback, resolve issues. they don't stand behind what they do and don't really seem to care at all. our rep gavi doesn't really seem to able or willing to assist.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
i haven't but definitely looking forward to.
