What does Shopify do well?
I think that Shopify’s customer service is phenomenal. Whenever I need help or if I have any questions at all, I can just live chat them and they’ll be available to help me which is really great. They also have a lot of really good templates to start out with for a new website to look really beautiful.
What does Shopify not do well?
Their support isn’t 24 hours, which is bad sometimes when I’m working from another country and the time difference is huge. Their pages also aren’t super easily customisable.
What do you wish you had known about Shopify before using?
I wish I knew how many third party apps plugged into shopify to make it more powerful, it would’ve been useful earlier on
Have you used a competitor to Shopify? If so, how does it compare?
Wix. Shopify’s “app store” is just wayyyyy better
