What does the software or service do well?
The software really does not do anything well.
What does the software or service not do well?
It is slow to respond to the prospective tenant, it asks too many questions before the tenant can even take a tour of the property. It changes tenant's phone numbers and does not allow corrections to be saved in the system, so the hopeful landlord receives bad numbers.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
How bad it is!!!!
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
Zillow is way better.
