What does the software or service do well?
The interface isn't very difficult to use and it's quick to set up a basic webpage.
What does the software or service not do well?
There is a delay in publishing, up to 24 hours; the customer service is extremely poor, you can't access the platform on mobile accounts, they delete your website with no notice and then charge you $300 to get your information back if you miss their renewal deadline. The website takes your annual fee when you renew but fails to tell you about the extra $300. When my website stopped working, it took three messages to customer service for them to finally tell me I had to pay the extra fee if I wanted it back.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
Their hidden fees are ridiculous and their customer service is terrible.
