What does CallRail do well?
Nothing! We used this for 2 months. We would get the caller ID, but no name on most of the leads. Most of the leads were SPAM. The technology looked really cool, but it did not live up to our expectations.
What does CallRail not do well?
They need to do a better job with associating the number with the callers name. Without quality information, it is very hard to get a hold of the right person in a company.
What do you wish you had known about CallRail before using?
How bad it was!! We were so excited to get things up and running and my team and I feel like we wasted two months chasing bad leads and numbers that were disconnected.
