The tasks keep my daily priorities in an order that allows me to complete the most important daily tasks. The ability to send and track emails from Really Simple Systems is important and saves time.
What does Really Simple Systems not do well?
I wish suggestions would appear when typing redundant text in a filed. The ability to view history is a bit cumbersome.
What do you wish you had known about Really Simple Systems before using?
I was aware of the features that were important to me. I'm based on the west coast of the USA so the service support hours are not very helpful to me. I wish the company would support pacific time.
Have you used a competitor to Really Simple Systems? If so, how does it compare?
Yes, I use Salesforce and Nimble for other companies I would with. I think Really Simple Systems is easier and more feature-rich than Nimble and a much better value than Salesforce.
