What does Raven Tools do well?
By far my favorite feature is the white label reports. I can gather all of the data from Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, and more and generate great reports for my customers. And that, at a competitive pricing. My customer really like my reports. Once I have everything set up and connected then I can focus on real analyses of my clients' websites. I also like the fact that I can easily produce a PDF of any report. My customers really like getting my reports. They are clean and easy to understand. I can customize each section of the reports and really make it my own. I like the fact that we are pulling SEO data from Moz and Majestic. I must say this was also a selling factor. The Google Ads reports that I generate were very informational and I used them in doing my analyses. The way I was laying out the data helped me several times in find ways to improve my campaigns.
What does Raven Tools not do well?
There's really nothing that I dislike about Raven at this time, honestly. A few years ago it was a bit of a pain creating a client reporting dashboard since you couldn't share "templates" across accounts but they've added that feature now and we couldn't be happier!
What do you wish you had known about Raven Tools before using?
I've tried other software and services, including Moz and for an all in one solution Raven Tools covers virtually every angle when it comes to 'Web Marketing' and that is at the core of my requirements. Oh yes and the value for money is great too.
