What does the software or service do well?
Acts as a company line with calling and SMS communication.
What does the software or service not do well?
Hold up to their claim of unlimited SMS messaging. I was texting a good friend with this service and had our account closed for "violating the terms of service (spamming advertising)." I literally was having a conversation with one person over a period of 20 minutes. There goes my company number. They told me there was no way to reactivate the account. Doesn't sound like unlimited SMS to me... or a good business to partner with.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
How lacking their customer service was. We only had boilerplate responses with no followup communication. Treated us like a robot.
