What does Nimble do well?
The price point per user per month. Currently $25/user/month makes it a great starter CRM for small companies and non-profits. As well as the ability to track open/clicks on transactional emails NOT sent through HTML services. An excellent thing about nimble is that it allows you to cover every stage of the sales opportunities, so that the work is always organized. It is super easy to use and very effective. Love the send and track feature for email.
What does Nimble not do well?
There are some aspects of Nimble that need to be improved and one of them is the email editor. I would like it to be synchronized immediately and messages to be sent correctly. The mobile version is highly useful but also requires an upgrade and more options. The storage space would also be an issue, we have already had to upgrade at the moment I am only running a team of 5 people. There should be integration with more social networks, such as Linkedin.
What do you wish you had known about Nimble before using?
The software also has a slew of powerful add-ons.
