What does Switchvox do well?
Call handling is one of the best things you can see who called when they called every step the call made in the system. You can also run reports on anything you are looking for.
What does Switchvox not do well?
Overall the system works really well but I would like to be able to transfer calls that have been forwarded to a cell phone back into the system to another extension.
What do you wish you had known about Switchvox before using?
I wish I had known a little more about how the soft phones worked and I wish I had paid more attention to their iOS and Android apps
Have you used a competitor to Switchvox? If so, how does it compare?
Have been a Switchvox administrator for several years and it is the best phone system for any size company. We have desk phone users, soft phone users and others that simply use their cell and and the system sends the call to them. I also administer a Panasonic system at a sister site that we have owned for 2 years. The put in the panasonic system 2 mo before we bought them and this year it will be changed out for a Switchvox. The Queues, Reports, Dashboard, and essentially everything else on the Switchvox is so much more powerful and simpler to use. For those users it will be like moving from a trike to a sportscar. Pluss we will be able to link the sites and transfer calls office to office.
