What does FluentStream do well?
FluentStream has helped out our organization provide better quality of service than they were able to provide with our old VoIP system. This was enriching for our company and for our clients. This service is available on a per user per month subscription basis. Unlimited calling is available, but only for US and Canada. FluentStream is a dynamic cloud-based technology for many types of businesses.
What does FluentStream not do well?
The application for web and phone were always difficult for our clients to use seamlessly. The phone updates do not process as quickly as they should. No free trials are available. There isn't any voice recognition or contact management. No email management for customer service, we cannot always call in.
What do you wish you had known about FluentStream before using?
Unsure what I wouldn't liked to have known.
