What does Performance Pro do well?
The comment coaching helps supervisors overcome the 'blank page syndrome" while offering constructive, concise feedback suggestions are available for each factor evaluated. Over 100 well-defined factors (competencies) are provided. Recording summary comments, setting & evaluating goals, and setting the appraisal cycles. Spell checks everything so you don't have to write in word and then copy and paste into the program. Pricing is offered anywhere from between 501-5,000 employees - $13,995-$17,995 as a ball park. I really liked the journaling tool. They offer a chat function within the platform to reach out directly.
What does Performance Pro not do well?
A strong list of requirements for systems. No learner management integration, no surveys, user training is an additional cost, and customer service isn't always available. Finding certain features, if you don't use them every day, can be a little challenging. No longer with company.
