What does the software or service do well?
We have found Tillpoint to be very useful for our restaurant - the main benefit is that it's a complete system that allowed us to remove our table reservations software and accounting software because it does both (and a lot more!)
What does the software or service not do well?
We only needed 6 of the apps and didn't need the other 20+. This isn't really an issue, but it would be nice to be charged based on what we use.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
We had read other reviews about the customer service and they all seemed very positive and we have had a similar experience. They have good demos and really help everything get setup. Our iPads were a little older than what is recommended so run a bit slow - we found this out after buying the software.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare?
Really it comes down to how much a software can do and it seems these guys really do everything which is very helpful.
