What does Chat do well?
The set up process was very easy to use. As are the emails and web portal. We are a group of lawyers, not techies, so this was nice. They also do a good job of blending auto-bot and live responses so that truly interested potential clients end up with a live person.
What does Chat not do well?
We've not really had any issues with their services. Perhaps more assistance with working out kinks unique to your industry or office up front would be helpful but with a 30 day free trial we were able to get most of that done while testing their services.
What do you wish you had known about Chat before using?
I wish I'd had a better understanding of how we could set up and assist the automated system to give better answers. It was some trail and error on our part.
