What does Salesforce do well?
Total insight into my pipeline. Helps me keep track of all of my activity. Dashboards give me insight into how I stack up against the team in terms of closed business, activity, both daily and MTD.
What does Salesforce not do well?
I wish the report and dashboard building was easier to do. I find it cumbersome to build out these reports and dashboards. With additional training I think I could resolve it but I think the interface could be improved
What do you wish you had known about Salesforce before using?
If it’s not in Salesforce it didn’t happen! My activity automatically logs with Outreach, but otherwise it’s a manual process to track that activity. That manual entry does take time.
