What does the software or service do well?
Easy to use interface allows and quick set up. Chatbot records contact information and responds to inquiring individuals on my website. When I'm not logged on to respond myself, the bot gives standard information and directs the inquiring party to call/email the office.
What does the software or service not do well?
There seemed to be some lag between chat-bot/visitor engagement and notification to my team but overall a great service.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using?
The fantastic dashboard where I can go in and look at all of the messages sent/recieved through the chatbot over a given period of time. Only recently became aware of the additional fine-tuning that can be done to the chatbot "Playbooks".
