What does the software or service do well? TeamViewer has long been one of the best remote desktop connection programs on the market. Easy to use both for home use and for companies that need this type of software for their operations by having different locations in the same city or different parts of the country or even the world, it is also used by those who provide computer services to people or companies independently, as well as workers who at some point do their work from home or that student who needs to share or retrieve some file or verify some data. In itself it is still a good option since it is a program that demands little of the installed equipment even more if it is for small jobs but if not the problems are present.
What does the software or service not do well? Their technical service is one of the most irresponsible in the market, getting to the point of being extremely late in responding to customer requirements and if they insist they give you excuses that sound more like they are doing you a favor than actually providing you with a paid service and if we add their recently updated rates it makes many think about continuing to use this program.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? Firstly that their technical service was lousy and the increases in turnover so disproportionate,This forced us to give up this service and only use it at times in their free choice to have a couple of computers that by technical problems has been difficult to use a new program and we are waiting for the replacement of the same to stop using the program definitely.
Have you used a competitor to the software or service? If so, how does it compare? I have used several programs similar to this one and although their behavior is similar in almost all of them Teamwave is much easier to use and more stable in this sense.
