What does Monster do well?
Monster is a great website to search for or post a job listing! They have a search engines that let you choose your area, and search for a job using key words or a job title. Monster offers a fit meter, based off your resume, skills and interest it will tell you if you are most suited for that job or not. They also have an app for you to search for jobs on and all you have to do is swipe right to apply it is so convenient and easy! Monster offers free resume assessments which is nice so that you can make sure your resume is polished and where it needs to be to land the job you are applying for. Posting a job listing is so easy they also have Pre-written job descriptions that you can choose from if you don’t want to write one on your own. They also have an option to do a video job description which is really neat and gives a candidate an insight to what the job is about and if they think they might be a good fit to apply for the position.
