What does Close do well?
It is an amazing program for keeping records of the customers, to track progress, see the communication of the team with them, etc. It has a very good reporting system so it is easy to track the performance of the team, campaigns and similar. I am using it to track the application process or our candidates.
What does Close not do well?
Before Close had a lead clipper extension for Chrome that was very useful but after a while, they removed it and it does not exist anymore.
What do you wish you had known about Close before using?
I wish I knew the importance of certain fields when adding leads in the beginning because it would help me get much more accurate reports. I learned this over time and it is perfect now. Synchronization of the accounts is a bit more complex, however, with a bit of technical knowledge and patience, it can be done without an IT person.
Have you used a competitor to Close? If so, how does it compare?
I used similar programs, however, Close is also offering the phone calling option and much more than any other company.
