What does Slack do well?
One of the most significant advantages of this program is that it is very practical and organized, the ability to turn it into a productive product also makes Slack unique in comparison to email, it also allows me to interact with my coworkers through private messages and public channels, it has an integrated file sharing function with which you can easily share files / pdf simply by dragging and dropping, Slack works great with Google Drive, or Dropbox, every time I paste a link that points to a document, I like the simple way to create a network of connections with which I can interact through conversation channels where it is possible to organize and manage at my convenience, Slack is a great tool for any company.
What does Slack not do well?
I don't like how there is a way for administrators to see user chat history, anyone can access that information easily, something that compromises product security.
What do you wish you had known about Slack before using?
From the first time I used this tool, I found it an easy platform to understand, I don't think I need to know many before using it.
