What does Salesforce do well?
As a company that consistently has a differing influx of sales leads and an ever-changing sales department both within house and out of house, Salesforce has been essential to organizing leads. This program has not only ensured that everyone on our team can properly manage their own individual pipelines, but it has also been helped our team with overall sales efforts and organizing strategies for conclusive and overarching client acquisition success.
What does Salesforce not do well?
I would love to see Salesforce support integration of our own internal reports - to essentially allow us to use the program as an overall landing page/hub to upload and integrate the trends and data we’re seeing alongside the excellent data generated by Salesforce.
What do you wish you had known about Salesforce before using?
I wish I had known about all of the ways in which Salesforce can help create data and generate reports - data that can be essential for looking at client trends and trends as they relate to ones pipeline. In other words, I would’ve loved to know that Salesforce is so much more than simply a CRM program.
Have you used a competitor to Salesforce? If so, how does it compare?
I have used and go back and forth between using Hubspot as a CRM, hubspot is a very basic CRM program that is great for bare bones needs, but does not achieve what Salesforce does.
