What does Salesforce do well?
Salesforce, also known as SFDC, does a fine job helping me managing my client accounts and opportunities. I've worked with the SFDC tool for 4 years now, and it's been extremely prioritized as my single source of truth when it comes to deals. Ease of Use, and overall functionality is what I love the most.
What does Salesforce not do well?
I believe the only thing that could be worked on is the an easier way to create reports. There should be step by step, contextual ways to create it instead of the curated view.
What do you wish you had known about Salesforce before using?
Nothing. It's amazing.
Have you used a competitor to Salesforce? If so, how does it compare?
Nope, only SFDC.
