What does OnePageCRM do well?
We are creatives. Right brain. We don't get geeked data sheets and CRMs. Still, we need to make sales. OnePage helped us by simplifying the process EXTREMELY well. It is like having a personal assistant. The best thing: requiring a follow up action be set up before closing. OnePage is based on the principle that sales process is a series of steps. This software does that, right to the sale. For the first time, we actually tracked leads, they didn't slip through the cracks, and we had real numbers for our sales funnel.
What does OnePageCRM not do well?
I can't really think of anything wrong--it's clean, simple, easy to onboard and easy to navigate.
What do you wish you had known about OnePageCRM before using?
The customer service, tech support was responsive and right on.
Have you used a competitor to OnePageCRM? If so, how does it compare?
We've used other CRMs and they're complicated. OnePage is great in keeping everything you need to do for sales on one page. (We didn't use it for customer service--we use a project managemnt software.
