What does do well?
We use's Virtual Receptionist services. It was easy to set up, affordable and flexible. When we are busy or in meetings or out of the office, the phones roll over to and they have answered our calls and sent us messages by email. Works great.
What does not do well?
There has not been a time when it has not worked for us.
What do you wish you had known about before using?
I didn't realize at first that they do not answer the phones on weekends or holidays. Not a big deal though. Most people expect to get voicemail on weekends and holidays anyway.
