What does do well?
Provides great information about potential services and helps me think through my workflows. The most tech savvy of the receptionist services I've looked at. Basic receptionist service is great at filtering calls, scheduling, conducting intake, and is super responsive to my inquiries.
What does not do well?
I haven't had any issues yet.
What do you wish you had known about before using?
Can't think of anything I wish I had known of beforehand. They're very flexible so I need to add services or downgrade it is pretty easy to do so.
Have you used a competitor to If so, how does it compare?
I've used a few, but all were much less comprehensive and forward on tech/automation/integration etc., and communication was not as seamless.
