What does do well?
It has professional staff who know how to provide a professional call for my clients. integrates well with my CRM software so I don't have to enter client leads manually. Pricing has been competitive and I feel they offer a bit more than some of the higher priced competition.
What does not do well?
So far, I have not had any unpleasant experiences with When I have had trouble, it has been my fault for not communicating a change to my schedule.
What do you wish you had known about before using?
That it would save me as much time as it does. I would have signed up a year earlier!
