What does Constant Contact do well? Helps us to reach our customer base and indicate what is happening on our front, to invite them to events and provide them with instructions to accept invitation. Allows us to reach large customer base and keep them informed on a weekly basis.
What does Constant Contact not do well? Sometimes it is difficult to add customers easily. If one does not have a lot of social media experience, it is not intuitive until you use the product frequently and "get it".
What do you wish you had known about Constant Contact before using? The benefits of reaching so many customers and being able to easily maintain the database and get our message out frequently (as often as desired).
