What does the software or service do well? Completely immature product. Is a piece of crap. Is free, and you get what you paid for. You are screwed if you sign this contract. $995 to $1995 termination fee.
What does the software or service not do well? No credit card offline mode. If you ask them do they have offline mode, they will tell you YES, you can still send ticket to the kitchen. But there is no credit card offline mode. Long wait "run around" poor support. Inaccurate reports. Duplicate charges to customer happened way too often.
What do you wish you had known about the software or service before using? That it actually doesn't work with any restaurant with actual business.
