What does QuickBooks Online Advanced do well?
The product was perfect and easy to use. I learned how to use it via lynda.com and they got me up to speed and from there it was a breeze, I would have easily recommended except for what they do not do well, which is stated below, I would also like to add that I did not give 5 stars for this as they made choice for different options impossible.
What does QuickBooks Online Advanced not do well?
Switch and Bait, what they did in my case was I bought the physical product and was using it for my own business, which worked well. I had been using it for about 2 years when some of the updates on my computer began to impact the Quickbooks. For example, the program would crash and restart and crash again. It was frustrating, to say the least. When I went online to upgrade, I found myself looking at the online version, and it was quite impressive, I even found the right package that suited my needs however when I tried to purchase the version I wanted, it would send me to an empty cart. So I would do the process again, this time making sure I selected the product and the same result. I was confused. So I reached out to them. The person I spoke to was rude unhelpful. Instead of helping me get what I needed, he said that the only program they offer now is the $200 one which is great if you need all the features that the enterprise package needs, but I had one employee at the time. So instead of paying $20 a month, I was told I need to pay $200. I was not happy.
What do you wish you had known about QuickBooks Online Advanced before using?
I think that there was nothing that I had wished I had known as when I was using Quickbooks, it was easy and I enjoyed it, but when they were rude and unhelpful, I switched, if they fix the issues I may go back.
Have you used a competitor to QuickBooks Online Advanced? If so, how does it compare?
I now use www.waveapps.com, it is a free method, but you pay when people pay with the invoice sent is used to pay, they take a percentage, which PayPal does as well. It is easy and there is no switch and bait.
