What does Salesforce Inbox do well?
Each morning Salesforce Inbox will update each member of my team to notify us a short recap of the previous day’s work. This is crucial in our productivity throughout each week so we can ensure no projects are left behind and that all of our clients are being taken care of and reached out to within a timely manner.
What does Salesforce Inbox not do well?
The reiteration of duplicate emails on days where there might be little to no activity can be a little annoying. However it’s best to have full communication at all times as opposed to leaving team members out of the loop!
What do you wish you had known about Salesforce Inbox before using?
I wish I had known that I could pick and choose who I wanted to receive updates from each day initially. The fact that I can get updates from each of my team members feed (based on who I choose to follow) each day is huge in keeping everyone on the same page!
Have you used a competitor to Salesforce Inbox? If so, how does it compare?
While I have dappled with Groove for a few projects in the past I can honestly say that Salesforce inbox is a must if you enjoy a fast pace, open communication structure for your employees. The accountability it puts into each teammate’s regime is very useful in increasing productivity and ensuring that the prior day’s tasks get completed in a timely manner!
